In den letzten Wochen ist viel passiert. Julie hatte Besuch aus Frankreich, ich aus Deutschland. Manu hat mich für ein Wochenende mal wieder besucht. Es ist schon komisch sich auf einmal wieder gegenüber stehen zu können. Auch die Kids konnten es nicht so wirklich fassen. Jaume meinte: Ja ist der Manu im Skype? - Nein, der sitzt oben. - Ja im Computer?
Also es war für alle toll :)
Many things happend in the last few weeks. Julie had some friends of France staying in Barcelona for a few days, and Manu came over for another weekend. It's strange, when you can stand infront of someone you haven't seen for such a long time. Even for the kids it was strange. Jaume asked if Manu is in Skype - No, he's upstairs! - Yes, in the computer?
But it was great for everyone :)
Die letzten Wochen war es so schön hier in Barcelona, dass ich sogar an den Strand gegangen bin. Ein wunderschöner langer Strand, Sandstrand!!! Nicht wie in El Masnou, mit toten Ratten und Kies. Traumhaft und auch nicht mit zu vielen Menschen. Da ich ja wie vielleicht manche von euch schon wissen Metro nicht so gerne fahre, bin ich eben mal zum Strand gelaufen. Ja nach so ca 1,5 Stunden war ich dann auch da, denn mal hier einen Abstecher auf den Markt, da noch was anschauen, da kommt Frau eben nicht vorran :D Aber man muss auch bedenken, ich bin hier in Barcelona und hier gibt es echt immer etwas zu sehen.
Musiker auf den Straßen, die spielen und damit Menschenmassen anziehen. Am Strand, spielte am Wochenende auch eine Gruppe mit Trommeln, zauberten eine super Stimmung. Die Athmosphäre am Strand ist magisch, das Meer, die Menschen und dann ein Picknick dort. Kann ich jedem empfehlen der nach Barcelona kommt.
The last weeks we had such a great time here in Barcelona, especially the weather, the weather was so good, that I went to the beach!!! A wonderful beach, with sand!! Not like in El Masnou with dead animals and little stones instead of sand!Well, wonderful and not that crowded. Like some of you might know I don't like to catch the Metro that much, therefore I just walked to the beach. Well after 1,5 hours I finally arrived, because there were some markets and I had to have a look at all of them.. :D But if you think about Barcelona, you have to admitt that there's always something to look at and you will be always fascinated!
There are people on the street making music and attrac people with that. At the beach, this weekend, there was a group playing with some drums, and conjure up a atmosphere which was fascinating! Everyone who's coming to Barcelona: Go to the beach! And the best, don't catch the Metro, walk and you can see so many things!!
Was gibts sonst neues in der Familie:
Die Kinder wachsen mir immer mehr an Herz und ich denke wenn ich wieder nach Deutschland zurück komme, werde ich sie sehr vermissen, aber natürlich auch den Rest der Familie.
Das Englisch der Kinder wird immer besser und sogar Manel, der 2 jährige, fängt an englische Wörter zu sagen. Einfach zu süß!!
What's new about the family:
The Kids get more and more important to me and I guess, when I'm coming back to Germany, I will definatly miss them! But sure also the rest of the family! The English of the Kids is getting better and better every day, also Manel, the 2 yr old, begins to say some english words. Sooo cute!!!!

Me: Manel, don't put the water into the mouth! In the mouth NO!
Manel: En the mouth SI!
Me: Goodnight Manel
Manel: Goodnight Heike ( but it sounds more like Katy :D because my name is too difficult for him to pronounciate)
and Jaume:
Jaume: Pan please
Me: Pan in English is bread. Try
Jaume: Bred pleeese.
he learnd now that the thing he wants is called sandwhich
Jaume: Sandwhich, Heike.
Me: What's the magic word?
Jaume: Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese, Sandwhich, pleeeeeeeeeeeese.
(unfortunatly, next day he had already forgotten the ''sandwhich'')
Claras' English is getting better every day!!! Ich finde es sehr krass, wie Kinder einfach so alles einfach aufnehmen!! I think its incredible how kids pick up words that easily!!!!
